Jillian and Brownie had planned to travel from Pennsylvania to Kentucky to celebrate the holiday with their loved ones. Because they were already in the area, we thought we may as well buckle down and use this opportunity to also celebrate their engagement! Their priority, while planning this winter engagement session, was to be able to revel in this season in way that felt like they were out on a date.
As a couple, these two love spending time outdoors together, and frequently visit parks around their home. During their session, we were blessed with one of those rare winter days where being outside is actually enjoyable! Their session truly felt like a walk in the park. It didn’t take long for me to realize these two have most certainly found their other half. Their relationship is one that encompasses both a quiet confidence and peace and an abundance of joy and laughter.
Our afternoon together was spent snapping photos in a bright and cozy spot. Which was fitting since they brought so much brightness and light to this winter engagement session! I absolutely adored getting to capture this part of their love story. I simply cannot wait for their spring wedding this May!
