Happy New Year, AK Family! As we flip our calendars over to 2022, I wanted to do something fun for today’s blog post. 2021 was an incredible year filled with laughter, love, support, and adventures. So many of you – my amazing couples, clients, and families – made this year a memorable one for my business. If I had the privilege of capturing a moment for you in 2021, THANK YOU! I am beyond grateful for each one of you for putting your trust in me and allowing me to document some of the happiest moments of your lives.
I was so excited while looking through the photos I captured this year, that I hand selected my Top 21 photos from 2021. It was so difficult to only choose 21! I was able to connect with people in so many different stages of life from proposals, engagements, weddings, maternity, seniors, to families enjoying each moment with each other. Each time I look through these photos a smile shows up on my face because I’m instantly taken back to that day. I love thinking about my clients doing the same. As a photographer, it is a privilege to be invited into so many special and sacred moments, and give tangible, joy-filled memories for people to treasure for years to come. I still can’t believe this is what I get to call “work!”
