Lauren & Cameron | Elegant Hurstbourne Country Club Wedding

Lauren and Cameron’s wedding day was the kind of celebration that lingers with you long after the last song plays and the final hug goodbye is given. It was elegant, bright, and timeless in every sense of the word. But more than that, it was deeply intentional. From beginning to end, it was clear this wasn’t just about creating a beautiful day. It was about creating a meaningful experience for every single person in attendance.

Their day began with the classic beauty of Sacred Heart Chapel, a space that carries so much reverence and history. Their ceremony carried a quiet kind of beauty, the kind that doesn’t need anything extra to feel significant. Just two people, fully present, promising forever in front of the people who matter most.

A Thoughtful Reception

From there, the celebration moved to Hurstbourne Country Club. Planned Perfection Events guided the day seamlessly, creating an experience that allowed everything to feel effortless while still deeply elevated. Every detail felt thoughtful without ever feeling overdone, allowing the focus to stay exactly where Lauren and Cameron wanted it: on their people.

One of the most memorable parts of the day was how intentionally they loved on their guests. Instead of traditional place cards, each guest was greeted with a handwritten note of appreciation guiding them to their seat. This small, but powerful, gesture made the entire room feel instantly seen and valued.

During cocktail hour, guests were also invited to experience live watercolor portraits painted by an artist, complete with the couple’s wedding crest. It was such a unique and interactive touch! Watching each guest pause, laugh, and take in the experience felt like its own form of celebration within the celebration. My husband Christian and I even got one!

As the evening continued, the reception turned into a joyful party filled with nonstop dancing. Lauren and Cameron’s wedding was beautiful, not just because of how it looked, but because of how it felt. Intentional. Gracious. Deeply centered on love and the people they chose to share it with.
